At Bear Arms, we value your business and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of firearm sales and federal regulations, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to you (completed background check and Form 4473), we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If a firearm has not yet been transferred (still in our possession), cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If a firearm is defective, the issue must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy. We are happy to assist with manufacturer contact information.
All ammunition sales are final. For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on ammunition.
Unused and unopened items (excluding firearms and ammunition) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the firearm or product they purchase complies with their local and state laws.
If an order is refused or returned due to non-compliance with state or local laws, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping damages must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please retain all packaging and contact us immediately.
Special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once placed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
